MKMPay is a digital wallet application that provides the convenience of transacting securely within a Smartphone/Tablet at participating merchant outlets while supporting other payment related features such as bill payments and in-app purchases.
- Making payments either by scanning participating merchant’s QR code or vice versa;
- Prepaid top-ups and bill payments
- Sending or requesting money from other MKMPay users;
- Reload wallet balance;
- Withdrawing money to your own local bank account
- Withdraw Money at ATMs that accept VISA
Yes, MKMPay App is supported on any Smartphones or tablets which have to be connected to the internet through Wi-Fi or mobile data.
The MKMPay App and QR code are presently accessible exclusively within Malaysia, while the MKMPay Visa Card is valid to be used globally.
The MKMPay App is available to use at participating merchants that display the MKMPay App logo, “Powered by Fasspay” signage, or the Fasspay logo.
Yes. A minimum balance of RM2.00 in your MKMPay e-wallet account is compulsory.
No. Your MKMPay e-wallet balance will not expire. However, there will be an inactive fee charged per year.
No, your account will not be deleted under any circumstances. Your MKMPay account will be deactivated for a period of 12 months.
Yes, MKMPay is offered by Fass Payment Solutions Sdn Bhd, a Bank Negara Malaysia licensed and accredited payment provider.
Our top priority is your safety. When you make a payment with MKMPay, the funds are securely transferred from your account. Other security measures that protect your account and information include:
- Each transaction requires authentication via your unique 6-digit PIN or biometric fingerprint.
- Your name, email address, mobile number, MyKad or passport number, residential address, account transaction details, and account balances are treated with the utmost confidentiality and security.
- To mitigate the risk of unauthorized access and fraudulent activities, all transactions are subject to continuous monitoring.
- Money deposited in your MKMPay e-wallet account is kept in the Fass Payment Solutions Sdn. Bhd. registered Trustee Account.
MKMPay e-Wallet employs advanced security measures to safeguard customer data, including state-of-the-art encryption technologies, secure servers, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits to ensure that all personal information remains confidential and protected against unauthorized access.”
In order to safeguard your account, kindly:
- Contact our Help Centre at +60377341114 or send email to [email protected] to temporarily suspend your account;
- Deactivate your lost SIM card which the mobile number is registered to your MKMPay account.
To reduce the risk of unauthorised access on your MKMPay account:
- Set up a strong login password with a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numerical and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable information such as your name or date of birth;
- Enable fingerprint access under Settings for verification purposes before performing any transactions;
- Ensure your 6-digit user PIN is randomized
- Regularly update your app: Keep your MKMPay app up-to-date with the latest version, as it may include important security updates and bug fixes.
If you have not received the OTP SMS message after 5 minutes, click the “Resend” button to request that the system resend it to you. Should MKMPay apps stopped responding, please restart the application, or update the application to the latest version on your apps store. If this issue still persists, kindly contact our Help Centre at +60377341114; or by email at [email protected] for further assistance.
You are unable to send or request money from your contacts for a variety of reasons, including:
- Insufficient wallet balance;
- The intended contact has reached its wallet limit;
- The intended contact is not a MKMPay user
No, there will be no additional fee.
Yes, you can select up to 9 numbers of contacts to send or request money from.
Yes, you can choose up to nine (9) contacts to send or request money from.
This can be possibly due to the fact that your contacts may not be a MKMPay user. You may invite them to sign up for this wallet to receive your funds.
If you no longer need your MKMPay account and wish to close it, you can apply for account closure. Contact our Help Centre at +60377341114; or by email at [email protected] for further assistance.
Important Note! In certain scenarios, if your account has been suspended due to exceeding allowable 6-digit PIN attempts during login or exceeding allowable security questions attempts, please be patient and allow 24 hours before attempting again.
If you are no longer logged-in :
- Open the MKMPay apps and enter your Registered Mobile Number.
- Tap Forgot your PIN?
- Enter your Mobile Number.
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your Mobile Number
- A message will appear once your 6 digit PIN has been successfully updated.
If you are still logged-in :
- Open the MKMPay apps and tap Profile.
- Tap Reset 6 digit PIN.
- Tap Forgot your PIN?
- Enter your Mobile Number.
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your Mobile Number.
- A message will appear once your 6 digit PIN has been successfully updated.
Each user will have Premium type of account where the features are spending, prepaid reload, bill payment, withdrawal of money to own local bank account (via app), sending and requesting money from other MKMPay users and entitle for MKMPay Visa Card .
